Lyn's house is just perfect, from the time you walk through the door, you'll feel like its home. Lyn has more than you need for a great stay..the beds were so comfortable and there is a huge industrial coffee machine that even makes hot chocolate which we just loved. I highly recommend Lyn's house to stay, so close to all the vineyards in Broke..thank you Lyn.
This was a very homey country property. The fire was lit on arrival, very warm. The entire house was amazing - great beds, decor, inside and outside fire places, great kitchen, etc. everything you need at the house. I would stay there again
The host Lyn was absolutely lovely and she made everything so easy for us! The house has everything you could possibly need as well as unexpected extras. Our group loved the spa, pool, big bbq, outdoor seating areas and comfy beds!
Lyn is an amazing host, the house was so homely a welcoming and clean. She really knows how to look after her guests. I fell in love with the place and would definitely go back there again anytime. Would highly highly recommend Lyn and her house. Thank you xx

Self check in is available from 3 pm. Check out is by 10 am. Early and late check in is also available – just select the option when you book online.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. You will be charged the total price if you cancel in the 7 days before arrival.
House Rules
Parties and events are not allowed. Guests must be quiet between 9 pm and 8 am. Pets are not allowed.
Noise Policy
We have neighbours either side of the Guest House, so we would appreciate if you could keep the noise to a minimum.
